Developed a newly created role and team that directly managed $500M in plastic bottle procurement and liaised on behalf of procurement with the Product Finance business unit for all packaging & ingredients procurement financials, innovation and operations, covering $1B in total annual spend.

Managed project engagements and contributed to thought leadership for the Supply Chain, Business Intelligence and technology-related solutions for the Consumer Goods and Retail industries. Managed Supply Chain and Logistics projects involving: operational strategy, customer logistics, business process redesign, technology implementations and business case development. Held P&L responsibility for all aspects of engagement team management and client development. We absorbed a portion of Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting Supply Chain practice in 2002.

  • Global Beverage Manufacturer: Manufacturing and Logistics Capital Expenditure and Indirect spend analysis, targeting a $400M global reduction in capital expense across all divisions within the US, Canada, Mexico and the EU. Identified and developed roadmap for implementing a strategic sourcing initiative to capture savings
  • Global Beverage Manufacturer: Distribution Network Optimization project, outlining the consolidation and reduction of 3PL warehousing and transportation expenses in excess of $5M annually. Project included statistical analysis of logistic cost data, industry benchmarking, and organizational recommendations
  • Department of Homeland Security (DHS) w/Mars, Sara Lee and Motorola: Operation Safe Commerce. A joint Public Sector-Private Sector initiative to improve import security by evaluating technologies (RFID, GPS, Radiation Sensors, etc.) and adjusting key business processes to support the supply chain priorities of inventory availability, brand protection and regulatory compliance. Developed both economic models (for individual firms and DHS, respectively) to make decisions about benefit and cost allocation related to import security
  • Heinz: Conducted inventory management & supply chain benchmarking, including statistical analysis of forecast data. Identified roadmap to doubling inventory turns over three years for a Frozen Foods division
  • Wrigley: Business case and financial justification for a New Products Innovation Portal to link all aspects of Global R&D, Sales, Supply Chain and Marketing to improve revenue generation, time-to-market and product launches
  • Seiko Corporation of America: Service Center & Warehousing Network Optimization project; analyzed business trends and forecasts to consolidate and reduce the number of customer service facilities, while preserving order fill rates, revenue and profitability



Senior Manager, North Biscuit Company

Managed 14 Supply Chain Deployment and Production Analysts responsible for inventory network management & design and deployment to support over $3.5B in annual sales across 15 DCs and 100+ regional branches.

  • Led team that successfully launched and distributed over 75 new products within a 12-month period
  • Redesigned staffing and all KPIs to improve customer service levels (97+%) and reduce overhead by 20%

Developed short and long-term production schedules and national inventory plans. Analyzed, developed and implemented distribution sourcing plans and determined target inventory levels, based on forecast analysis.



Managed over 40 employees across two unions (Teamsters and BCT-Bakery, Confectionary & Tobacco) to ensure timely and cost effective deliveries for over 400 SKUs from a Direct-Store-Delivery (DSD) facility.



Consistently achieved sales targets and managed in-store merchandising programs for high-growth, non-grocery retail customers in Queens and Brooklyn.

  • Executive sponsor for Quentin Cooks: 2016; A culinary training program at San Quentin for post-release placement into kitchens for soon to be released inmates. The Chefs’ Warehouse provided ingredients, equipment and coordinated training with local chefs from Northern California.
