  • Responsible for production shifts of 40+ personnel, to include efficiency, performance and maintaining GMP and SQF compliance, as well as monitoring maintenance and plant security while running private brand products to schedule.
  • Plant runs 24 hour/7 day/ 3 shift operations. This plant had 3 fillers (2 bottle, 1 can). I was also accountable for ensuring that the 2 bottles fillers ran between 200 -520bpm depending on bottle size, and can filler ran at 1200 cans per minute.
  • Associate-Logistics, Inventory, responsible for raw material inventory cycling, accountability, movement, and staging.
  • Operation of multiple packaging machines.
  • Blending of concentrate batches, multiple machine operations.
  • Produced 27.5M cases in 2017

Shift Manager in charge of scheduling, portioning, and inventory. Worked with store manager to insure profit and lower labor, oversaw 10+ person shift. Pay was rated at 9.25/hr. Left this company for a better paying job.

 

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR NOVEMBER 2000 – OCTOBER 2008

Local Beverage Company

Production Supervisor managed 25-30 employees on a 12 hour shift. Responsible for production, quality control, sanitation, inventory, shipping/receiving and maintenance. First supervisor to conduct pre-shift team meetings to encourage employees to exceed quota. Completed all shift paperwork on daily basis to include counts, downtime, and time cards for temporary employees. All products were from the PEPSI family.

Solider, responsible for protecting and serving our country, worked in logistics department moving inventory and personnel. Active duty- 4 years, and now part of the Reserves.
